COLLECTION, PROCESSING, STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Hidromega UAB processes Personal Data in order to administer the order and purchase process in the hidromega.lt e-shop. UAB "Hidromega" collects the following Personal Data when selling goods and providing services: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The collected Personal Data is stored in printed documents and in the information systems of UAB Hidromega. Your Personal Data is stored for as long as provided for by law or in accordance with the purposes of processing. Once the stated purpose has been achieved, your Personal Data will be deleted, except in cases where we are obliged by law to keep the information for tax purposes or where the data may be necessary for a pre-trial investigation. Personal data that is no longer required is destroyed.

Your personal data for direct marketing purposes will be stored for as long as you are an active customer and for a further two calendar years after your last visit or activity in the hidromega.lt e-shop.

The information is kept by Hidromega UAB in order to be able to provide the necessary information, if necessary, and to be able to answer any questions relating to cooperation in the performance of contractual obligations.
