Purpose and Application:
These professional-grade rubber hoses are specially engineered for the most demanding construction and industrial applications. They are designed for conveying wet concrete, mortar, grout, plaster, cement, sand, and other highly abrasive materials. Ideally suited for discharge lines on stacionary and truck-mounted concrete pumps, ensuring smooth and safe material delivery directly to the placement site.
Structure and Features:
- Tube (Inner Lining): Made from a thick, smooth, premium-grade synthetic rubber compound (NR/BR/SBR) featuring exceptional abrasion resistance. This inner layer guarantees an extended service life even when running sharp or high-grain aggregates.
- Reinforcement: Reinforced with multiple layers of high-tensile textile plies or heavy-duty steel wire braids/spirals. This robust structure allows the hose to withstand extreme working pressures and structural pulsations while preventing kinking.
- Cover (Outer Layer): Weather-, ozone-, UV-, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber designed to withstand harsh job site environments and rough handling.
- Working Pressure: Designed to reliably handle 85 BAR (1233 PSI) or 100 BAR working pressures (depending on specific model requirements) with a built-in safety factor (typically 2:1 or 3:1).
