Heavy-duty clamps with screws – a strong and reliable connection for every system.

Clamps with screws are reliable fasteners designed to securely attach hoses, pipes, or tubes to nozzles or joints. These clamps consist of a metal band and a screw tightening mechanism that allows for precise pressure adjustment. This design ensures long-term tightness even under vibration, pressure, or temperature changes.

Heavy-duty clamps are widely used in automotive, industrial, plumbing, ventilation, agricultural, and food production applications. Depending on the material and corrosion protection, clamps are classified into classes W1–W5.

Classes of Heavy-duty clamps (W1–W5)

  • W1Galvanized steel fasteners with screws. All components (strip, body, and screw) are made of galvanized steel. Suitable for use in dry indoor areas where there is no risk of moisture or corrosion. An economical solution.
  • W2Stainless steel strip, galvanized bolt. Medium corrosion resistance class. Used in the automotive industry, ventilation and household appliances where a reliable connection is required, but not for extreme conditions.
  • W3Stainless steel strap and body, zinc-plated or AISI 304 bolt. Good resistance to moisture and weak chemicals. Suitable for outdoor use, plumbing and industrial equipment.
  • W4All components (belt, housing, and bolt) are made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel. High corrosion resistance – ideal for food, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and marine applications.
  • W5Acid-resistant steel AISI 316 (1.4401) clamps with screws. Top-class products with maximum resistance to salts, chemicals, and aggressive substances. Used in the chemical, marine, and oil industries.
